About Polyglossa

Polyglossa is a language practice app built around text conversations with AI penpals. The idea is simple: give the words you are learning somewhere to go, whether you have a question, a story, or just a few minutes to chat.

Practice with a personality

Each penpal is an AI character with interests and a backstory. Pick a language and start a conversation about something you care about. You can work on a short introduction, explain an opinion, or follow a topic you did not expect. There are 16 languages to explore, with practice guides and free demos for each one.

A place to use what you learn

Text chat gives you time to find a word, reread a reply, and try another sentence. Use it alongside your lessons, reading, listening, and conversations with people. Polyglossa is not a qualification, an exam preparation course, or a substitute for a teacher.

AI replies can contain errors and should not be treated as authoritative grammar advice or factual information. Check anything uncertain with a trusted dictionary, learning resource, or proficient speaker. The current app is text based; it does not assess pronunciation.
